1- DO THE RIGHT THINGS
Cindy Crawford, who turned 43 on Feb. 20, says "doing the right things" helps keep her youthful. "I don't smoke, I exercise, but I've been exercising for 20 years – I didn't start when I was 40," she explains. "It's never too late."
2- TAKE A 'HINT'
Victoria Beckham and Blake Lively stay hydrated with Hint Essence Water, a beverage accented with natural fruit flavors (ya3ni Sherbaw water). Posh has been spotted drinking Hint at her sons' soccer games and the Gossip Girl star has sipped the Pomegranate-Tangerine flavor on set.
3- NEVER SAY 'DIET'
Lori Loughlin doesn't like to let the word "diet" enter her vocabulary. "The minute I tell myself I'm on a diet, I want to eat everything in front of me – I'm starving! It's more about portion control and cutting out foods that have a lot of fat," the 90210 star tells. The actress snacks on almonds or an apple . "There may be tempting dessert there, but I know if I eat that, I'll be exhausted afterward."

4- COMMIT TO FITNESS
If working out always ends being the last priority on your to-do list, try making a firm date with yourself. "Schedule your workouts just like any other important appointment," recommends celeb trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who's worked with Queen Latifah and Carmen Electra. And to make sure you'll stick to your plan, enlist a pal. "Be accountable to a workout buddy," adds Jenkins.

5- CLEAR YOUR HEAD
The benefits of exercise are much more than physical for star Minka Kelly. "I do a lot of running, which I enjoy for mental reasons too," she tells . "I'll be really frazzled and run for 30 minutes, and everything sort of seems clear again." And her focus is feeling strong – not reaching a target weight. "It's about taking care of myself, as opposed to wanting to look a certain way. I don't really ever stand on a scale."--- CHATHABAA!!!!!!
